At Card Central, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand your options for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returnable Items:
    • Unopened and sealed trading card packs or boxes.
    • Incorrect items received (e.g. wrong cards, products).
    • Damaged items (must provide proof of damage upon delivery).
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened trading card packs or boxes.
    • Individual trading cards.

Return Process

  1. Use our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Order number.
    • Reason for the return.
    • Photos of the item(s), if damaged or incorrect.
  3. Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging, including any protective materials, and in the condition they were received.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. For authorised returns, we will automatically issue a refund once the item has been returned to us.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Lost Packages

There can be a number of reasons why an order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe. If your order has not arrived more than 7 days after dispatch then please contact us so that we can advise you on the next steps. Please report any missing packages within 30 days of dispatch. After this time it may not be possible to take any action or provide a refund.

cardcentralworldwide.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Non-Delivered Returns

If an item is returned to us by the courier due to a failed delivery attempt:

  • Once we receive the order, we will contact you via phone and email to confirm your details.
  • If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, we will automatically process a refund to your original payment method.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
